Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Effective date: 19 July 2026

This policy explains how JobsRadarSG ("we", "us", "our", "the Service") collects, uses, and discloses personal data, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

In connection with operating the Service, we may collect:

  • Account information: the email address and password you provide when you sign up.
  • Search preferences: the job keywords, role titles, companies, or other criteria you configure.
  • Other information you voluntarily provide to us, including through correspondence, feedback, or future features of the Service.

We reserve the right to expand the categories of data we collect as the Service evolves. This policy will be updated accordingly, and continued use of the Service after such an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Why we collect it

We collect and use personal data for purposes including, without limitation:

  • Operating, maintaining, and providing the Service, including your daily automated search and email digest.
  • Communicating with you about your account or the Service.
  • Improving, developing, and personalizing the Service.
  • Any other purpose reasonably related to the above, or otherwise notified to you at the time of collection, or to which you have consented.

4. Disclosure of data

We may engage third-party service providers as necessary to operate, host, secure, and improve the Service, including for account authentication and email delivery. These providers act on our behalf and are bound by obligations no less protective than those in this policy.

We do not sell personal data. We may otherwise disclose personal data where required or permitted by law, to protect our rights or the rights of others, in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), or with your consent.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain personal data for as long as we consider reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, write in to JobsRadarSG@gmail.com. We will process such requests within a reasonable time, subject to any retention we are permitted or required to maintain under applicable law (for example, aggregated or de-identified data, or records needed for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes).

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we do not warrant or guarantee absolute security. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorized access to or disclosure of your data that occurs despite these measures, except as required under the PDPA.

7. Your rights

Subject to the PDPA and its exceptions, you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of it, by writing to us at the contact details in Section 8. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for access requests where permitted by law, and to decline requests that fall within an exception under the PDPA.

8. Contact us

9. Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobsRadarSG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with the collection, use, storage, or disclosure of personal data under this policy, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the PDPA or other applicable law.

11. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising under it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
